We offer traditional high mountain cuisine in the Boí Valley. In our house you will be able to enjoy a careful cuisine with a series of recipes that, in the last generation, we have been preserving and updating. Nowadays the hotel-restaurant is run by two cousins-brothers of the founders, who started it all in 1943.
Our specialities are soups (hot or cold), grandmother's stews, organic grilled meats, seasonal products and our delicious desserts. All our gastronomic offer is elaborated with local products of the highest quality. We offer lunch and dinner menus, half menus, children's menus, grilled dishes and seasonal menus. It is also possible to make peasant toast with cold meats and cheeses from the valley.
